i started out right where you are...
I was working part-time as a registered nurse In the ICU. I honestly loved working bedside, but my Income was capped. The only way I could make more money was by picking up more shifts (and missing more time with my family).
My husband was working full time In healthcare and we were barely scraping by. Between our mortgage, thousands of dollars In student loans, car payments, and having two kids each dollar In our paycheck was already spoken for before It hit our account.
I was paying off every kind of debt we had and there was hardly any left for any type of “fun”. I started scheming and researching ways to make more money without sacrificing time with those that matter most to me. I’d spend my evenings after my kids went to bed trying to find some way to make money without picking up extra shifts at the hospital. Then the unthinkable happened...
When I was 6 months postpartum, my husband lost his job and we lost our primary source of Income.
I had always dreamed of being debt free, building a house, and creating generational wealth for our children.
